Potomac is a flooring solution provider. Beyond just offering flooring products, we offer an array of services that allow our clients to have all of their flooring needs met with just one contact. From installation to repair and maintenance, we will take care of your project.

In 2000, the company moved to a new 24,000-square-foot facility with a showroom, office space and warehouse because the company had outgrown its old building.

Once the flooring is installed, our clients turn to the maintenance division for continued care of their investment. Potomac offers a "life of the carpet" installation warranty as long as we install it and maintain it. Maintenance is more than cleaning. It includes trimming those loose carpet strings before it becomes a problem for our customer. It also includes fixing that loose base or transition strip before it becomes a tripping hazard. "What we're doing is wrapping ourselves around our customers' needs, trying to provide them with as many services as we can, in a one-stop, comprehensive package", says Creamer.
